Who We Are
We are a Southern California Chapter of Winnebago International Travelers (WIT). However anyone who owns an RV is eligible to join our Club.
Our members generally reside in Los Angeles and Orange counties. Our outings average 4 days (In on Monday out on Friday) and are generally held the first week of the month; January through June, and September through December. Our travels take us throughout Central and Southern California. We enjoy great fellowship, fun and games and often visit the local sites. Our History
Our Five-Star California club is very proud of our RV history. We are the oldest club in California and the 6th oldest WIT club in the country. Our first meeting was held in March of 1968 and the club was formed in 1970; we received our charter June 1971.
From our small beginnings through the efforts and determination of our original members, we have grown to one of the finest RV clubs in California. Our motto, established at the start, still rings true, “Strike It Rich in Fellowship”. We continue to maintain the same rules of thriving friendships, and working together to keep the spirit of RV’ing alive. We all know that at anytime if a member is in need for any reason, our members are ready to step up to the plate to help. With a club that has been in existence for over 40 years; we truly are proud to be “Five-Star” members.
